Zesty Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
Favorite pizza dough recipe (I used wheat)8 1/2 oz. + 1 tbsp water1 tbsp vegetable oil2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup white flour1/2 tsp sugar (splenda)1/2 tsp lite salt2 tsp active dry yeastSauce:Favorite pizza sauce, I added garlic, oregano, italian and pizza seasonings.Toppings:1 cup Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese34 slices Turkey Pepperoni
Directions
Put all dough ingredients in in bread maker, and set to dough setting. Once the dough is done, take out of breadmaker, and split into 2 equal parts. Knead for one minute and let sit for an additional 15. After 15 minutes have passed, roll dough into pizza shape (you should have two), and let sit for an additional 25 in a warmish, no draft area.

After the 25 minutes have passed, coat with sauce, add cheese and then pepperoni.

Roll from one end to the other, creating a tube. Cut into 8 equal parts and arrange in a floral shape a greased pie pan. Sprinkle some extra mozzarella over the top.

Place in preheated oven and cook at 450 degrees for about 15-17 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
