Low fat chicken spaghetti

1 lb chicken breast1 lb pkg spaghetti1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cheese soup1 onion1 bell pepper1 1/2 c. water (chicken broth)
Boil chicken in 1 1/2 cups of water. Once done boiling, chop into pieces. Save chicken broth. Chop onion and green pepper and saute them in pam cooking spray. Mix in cans of soup to chicken broth and stir till mixed, add peppers and onions. Let simmer a few minutes then add chicken. Boil spaghetti until tender. Layer chicken mixture and spaghetti in large baking dish sprayed with pam.
*If desired add slices of fat free cheese to top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30-45 minutes.
