2 cups of cauliflower1 tbs fat free mayo2 table spoon of any light yogurt (low carb if you are watching them)1 indiviaul sized pack of weight watchers cream ccheese1 oz of weight watchers mozzerella cheese
Steam cauliflower until it is nice and soft.
Add to mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
heat for 5 minutes in oven or 2 in the microwave.
