Quinoa Breakfast

Ingredients
1/4 cup quinoa, dry1/2 cup water1 TBS craisins20 raisins2 tsp cinnamon, divided6 walnut halves
Directions
Rinse quinoa and place in small sauce pan. Add water, craisins, raisins, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat. Stir, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for ten to fifteen minutes. Is done when all water is absorbed and quinoa is translucent. Remove from heat, place in bowl and stir in walnut halves. Sprinkle top with remainder of cinnamon.
