Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients
2 Packets Instant Oatmeal or 3/4 cup rolled oats1.5 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinniman1 tsp salt1 tbsp sugar1 tbsp brown sugar2 ripe bananas2 eggs.5 cup low fat sour cream or low fat yogurt1 tbsp butter2 tbsp orange juice1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix dry ingredients with a whisk. Mix all other ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients to banana and egg mixture. Spray muffin pans and fill 3/4 full. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Makes approx 8.
*also great with walnuts

    Really good! I used the sour cream but I think next time I will try the yogurt...they came out a little bitter.Like they need more sugar or something.but they are good and very quick and easy to make.Thanks - 5/3/09

    turned out great. I used vanilla FF yogurt and I squeezed juice out of a real orange and it added a nice kick - 4/30/09
