Parmesan Panko Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breast 3 (fat removed pounded to even thickness)1 Egg, beaten1/3 C Panko crumbs1 Tbls Red. Fat Parmesan Cheese1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste).5 tsp black pepper (or to taste)1 tsp Italian Seasoning (or to taste)*add any spices to make your own flavor blend at any time.
Directions
*preheat oven to 350
*remove visible fat from chicken and pound to even thickness. set aside.
*Beat egg,
*in seperate bowl mix all dry ingredients, bread crumbs, spices and cheese.
*Pat chicken dry, then dip in egg wash, then into crumbs. place in shallow baking dish, repeat.
*cook for 30 minutes or until done and enjoy with any sides you prefer.

Serves 6 *i eat half a breast you can eat a whole just double the calories :) Enjoy!
