Jen's Chicken Breast Tenderloins

Ingredients
4 Purdue Chicken Breast Tenderloins10 T. Flour1/2 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tsp. Salt1/2 tsp. Pepper4 Large Eggs4 T. butter2 T. Olive Oil
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a shallow bowl.
Beat eggs in a seperate bowl.
Flatten Chicken and dip into eggs and coat in the flour mixture.
Heat large skillet and add butter and olive oil.
Cook Chicken in skillet for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Serve with your favorite sauce or sides.
