Easy Chicken Dinner For 4

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 1/2 lbs red potatoes washed, cut into wedgesBundle fresh asparagus ends cut offsalt & pepper 2 tbsp Olive Oil6 tbsp Vegetable oil1 Roasted Potato Seasoning packet
Directions
Marinate chicken breasts in dressing for 15-30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken in baking dish and cover with italian dressing. Bake for about 45 (Varies due to size of chicken breasts). Transfer chicken to skillet to brown if you like.

Wash and cut asparagus ends. Place on baking pan. Toss in olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Place in 375 degree over 15 mins before ready to serve meal.

Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Place in zip-lock bag. Toss with vegetable oil and potato seasoning packet. Spread on baking pan and place in 375 degree oven. Pierce potato after 35 minutes. If potato if soft all the way through they are done.
