Crock Pot Southwest Cheesy Chicken

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts1 Can of Rotel tomatoes and green chilies1 can of Campbell's Southwest Style Pepper Jack1 Can of Black Beans Drained1/2 Cup of Frozen Corn**Optional: 6tbsp of Sour Cream (not included in calorie count)
Directions
Mix the tomatoes, drained beans, and cheese together. Add chicken. Cover chicken with sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add sour cream before serving.

    I am a fan of anything that is made in the Crock Pot-so this is another fave! Although, I couldn't find the Pepper Jack cheese soup at any of my local stores, but i did find a nacho cheese one-so i used this in place of the pepper jack. - 10/11/11
