Crock Pot Pork

Ingredients
2 lb Boston butt or equivalent pork roast1 package dry onion soup mix1 small can of mushrooms, stems & PiecesWater to cover roast
Directions
Disolve soup mix in water, stire well and add to crock pot. Add mushrooms and pork. Add water to cover meat. Cooik on high 5 hours or until pork pulls apart with a fork. Drain, shred pork and serve with vegetables of your choice.
