Hobo Soup Low Sodium

Ingredients
8 oz lean ground beef, browned and broken into lg pieces1 cup diced onion1 cup diced celery1 cup diced carrots1 cup diced potato4 cups low sodium fat-free beef broth1 can no-salt added green beans1 cup frozen corn kernels1 can diced tomatoes with juice1 cup
Directions
In a large pot, brown beef, drain fat, return beef to pot, add onion, carrots, celery and potato, saute 1 minute, add broth, simmer till vegetables are tender. Add drained green beans, corn, and canned tomatoes with juice. Heat through. Serves 4 generously or 6 regular servings.

    Looks like something I might like to make. Have the ingredients -- not a lot of spices and other ingredients to buy and only use once. I tried it today and was pleased. I substituted kidney beans but might use corn another time. I took a picture -will have to get it developed. - 4/20/09
