Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs(120z)1/4 cup raw milk1/4 cup egg substitute (Like egg beaters)1/4 cup Breadcrumbs- gluten free
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix egg and milk together
Dip thighs in mixture
Sprinkle each side with breadcrumbs
(Can add additional spices if you like)

Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
