Egg drop soup

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 3 large * Carrots, raw, 2 medium chopped * Green Onion, 1 tbsp chopped * Chicken Broth, 8 cup (8 fl oz) * Ginger 1/4 tsp * Corn starch 1 tbsp(can use salt and pepper to taste)
Directions
Bring the broth to a boil with the chopped carrots in it. After the carrots are soft, mix the corn starch with a little cold water. Whisk the corn starch mixture into the boiling broth. Before serving beat the eggs lightly and then pour into the boiling soup through a fork.
