Spinach-Zucchini Pasta

Ingredients
1 cup whole grain rotini pasta1/8 cup organic vegetable stock5 cubes Laughing Cow Light Gourmet Bites1/4 cup canned spinach1/2 cup zucchini, sliced into thin strips ("Julienne")1/2 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon red pepper (flakes or powder)
Directions
Cook pasta according to box directions.

On greased (with Pam) skillet, cook zucchini strips until warmed through and more flexible.

When pasta is done, drain. Put back into small saucepan on medium heat. Add all ingredients and mix until everything is hot and ready to eat!

Can also be eaten cold as a pasta salad.
