Tofu Banana Cheesecake Filling

Ingredients
Block & a Half of tofu2 eggshalf cup sugartwo squeezes of lemon juice1 tsp of Vanilla Extract2 Medium Bananas8 oz mandarin oranges
Directions
Blend all ingredients until silky smooth. Use as a filling for your own dairy free pie, just fill the pie crust of choice and bake at 325 for an hour. Rack cool and chill in the fridge before serving.
