6 whole chicken breasts12 Lasagna noodles2-26 oz pasta sauceShredded colby and monterey jack cheesesSalt and pepper to taste Side dishes that would go good with the Chicken Lasagna are: Tomato and lettuce salad, Green beans, Broccoli and Whole wheat bread, or Dinner rolls.about 339 calories per serving
Use a ungreased rectangular 13 x9 inch pan. Pour and spread 2 cups of Pasta Sauce in bottom of pan top with uncooked Lasagna noodles spread chop cut-up chicken breast pieces over the Lasagna noodles and pour 2 more cups of pasta sauce and top with cheese repeat the Lasagna noodles 2 cups of pasta sauce spread cheeses and repeat by placing the last 4 lasagna noodles on with remaining pasta sauce about 2 cups and spreading the rest of the cheese on. Cover the pan with aluminum fold and place in the over bake at 350 F (temperture) for about 30 minutes then take out the lasagna let it cool about 5 minutes and cut into 8 serving size slices. It serves 8 peoples
