1 small (frozen) banana1 cup lite soy milk1/10 block firm tofu1/4 cup egg beaterdash vanilla extract1 teaspoon splenda
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender (1-2 cubes ice can be added) pulverize. Drink. Makes one healthy serving.
