Ingredients: Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoes Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped Cauliflower, cooked, 1 cup choppedMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 3 cup *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 1 tsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp jalapeno to taste
(this recipe works with any pasta)
put oil in hot skillet
add onions and celery, cook till soft.
add garlic, ginger and one jalepeno and cook for 1 minute(use 2 tsp giner/garlic/chilli paste if on hand)
add tomatoes and cook till soft, add mushrooms and cook for few minutes. add all vegetables and cook till well mixed. Lastly add cooked pasta and let heat through.
Serve and enjoy
