Ingredients
Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1/4 cupPhiladelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 1/4 cupEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 tbsp Splenda Granulated, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Prepare ramekin or other individual serving bowl by spraying with nonstick cooking spray. Blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, splenda and egg beaters. Place in ramekin and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Allow to cool. Can top with strawberries, blueberries or any type of fruit.

    Delicious! This was super quick and easy, and just the right portion. I whipped it up in my mini food processor. Next time I'm going to try it with some unsweetened cocoa powder to make chocolate cheesecake. - 5/29/11
