Craisin Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup white flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt (optional)1 beaten egg3/4 cup skim milk1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, craisins and 1/4 tsp salt (optional). Make a well in the center. Combine egg, milk, and oil; add all at once to flour mixture. Stir till just moistened; batter will be lumpy. Lightly grease muffin cups. Bake in 400 degree oven about 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm. Makes 10 to 12.
