salsa ingredients - 3 Vine Ripe Tomatoes, 6 Green Onions, 1 Serrano Pepper & 1/2 Jalepeno Pepper (seeds removed), 2 cloves garlic, zest and juice from 1/2 lime, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp cilantroPre-Made Pizza Crust (I use a Mama Mary's 12inch Cholesteral Free)1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1 tsp chili powder1 tsp black pepper1/2 lb shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
Combine all salsa ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped, spread on top on pizza crust
Cut chicken breast into strips. Season with chili powder & pepper , and then cook in non-stick skillet about 5 minutes or until done (flip halfway through)
Spread chicken strips and cheese on top of pizza crust.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes
Makes one pizza, cut into 6 slices. each slice is a serving
