Ingredients
1 1/8c warm water2c whole wheat flour1/4c ground flax3/4c rye flour1 1/2 t salt1/3 c molasses1T dry milk powder1 1/2T olive oil1 1/2 t yeast3t gluten
Directions
Use the whole wheat setting, 1/5lbs loaf, light crust. Add ingredients according to manufacturers instructions. The nutrition is calculated using 12 slices per loaf (I usually cut more than that).
