Blueberry cobbler

Ingredients
* Blueberries, fresh, 6 cup * Lemon juice, .33 tbsp * Flour, white, 1 cup * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Canola Oil, 1 tbsp * Egg white, 2 serving * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Sweetener equivilent to .5 cup of sugar * nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Directions
Put the blueberries and lemon juice in a baking dish (8x8 is good) if not using stoneware lightly grease the pan. Mix remaining dry ingredients (minus the cinnamon) in one bowl and the remaining wet ingredients in another. Then mix the dry and the wet ingredients until moist. Sprinkle the dough over the blueberries. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
