Pork & Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
1 x pork chop with fat removed1 x medium onion chopped1 x cup sliced mushrooms1 x medium glass red wine2 x potatoes to mash and serve
Directions
Is for 1 serving only.
Put the chop, onion, mushrooms, wine and a little water (just to cover everything) in the slow cooker.
Set to Medium
Cook for approx 8 hours
Boil and mash the potatoes
Remove the chop from the slow cooker - if you would like it crispy finish under the grill until browned.
Thicken the sauce with gravy stock.
Serve with the Mashed Potato
