Ingredients
Black Beans, Trader Joe's Cuban Style, 2 cansYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Canola Oil, .5 tbsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup chopped Lime Juice, 1 lime yieldsLime ZestWater, 1 c.
Directions
Saute onions and chili powder in hot canola oil until onions are coated with chili powder. Add rest of ingredients, bring to boil, cover and reduce to simmer. Cook for 15 minutes. Top with cilantro, fresh tomato, and raw onion!
