Turkey Sausage Vegy Skillet

Ingredients
28 oz Jennie O Turkey Sausage, fully cooked1 Tbls Olive Oil1/2 Large onion, chopped1 Sweet Bell Pepper, chopped1/2 baby zucchini, chopped6 cloves of garlic1 Tbls Italian Seasoning14.5 oz can of Diced Tomatoes
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until tender. Empty contents of skillet onto plate. Slice turkey sausage into 1/4 inch sized circles. Heat in skillet until brown. Add in the cooked vegys. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Stir and cook 5 more minutes. Makes 10, 1/2 cup servings.
