chicken spinach mushroom & swiss caserole

Ingredients
10 oz. chicken (cooked and cut into bite size pieces)2 cans of sliced mushrooms (drained)8 slices of Swiss cheese (cut into strips)1 pk. frozen chopped spinach (well drained)1/4 cup diced onions1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup waterparmesan cheese
Directions
Layer ingredients from the bottom up:

parmesan cheese (on the top)
Mushroom soup + water mixture
4 slices Swiss cheese (in strips)
1 can mushrooms (drained)
cheddar cheese
onions
spinach (drained)
4 slices Swiss cheese (in strips)
1 can mushrooms (drained)
chicken (enough to fill bottom of casserole dish)

Bake at 350 until brown and bubbly all over (60-90 minutes). Makes 6 servings.

Really good out of the oven, but even better chilled overnight and re-heated.
