Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3 lb (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Carrots, raw, 6 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
Directions
add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Cook on medium all day.

Serve over whole wheat noodles or brown rice

    I also added green beans. My husband really liked this recipe. I braised the roast first before putting it in the crock pot. Cooked it on high for 1.5 hours then set it for low for another 5 hours. - 5/26/13
