White Bean Pesto

Ingredients
1C cooked white beans3garlic cloves, minced1/2 bunch fresh basil1/3 C water1tsp ground pepper1tsp sea salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. If you don't like the bite from fresh garlic, saute the garlic first and then add into food processor for a more mellow flavor
