Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
3 Cups Whole Wheat Pasta Spirals (cooked)1 Can Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup1 Cup non-fat milk1.5 Cups Frozen Peas0.5 Medium onion, diced1 Pack Chunk Light Tuna (Family Size)1 Cup Weight Watchers Mexican Cheese Blend1 tsp Garlic poweder1 Cup Kellogg's Corn Flakes, crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Bring water to a boil, add whole wheat noodles and boil for 10-12 minutes uncovered. In a separate bowl mix 1 cup of non-fat milk and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. To this add 1 pack tuna , 1.5 cups of frozen peas, and 1 cup of cheese. Once noodles are done, drain and add this to the mixture and pour into a 2.5 qt casserole dish. Bake covered for 25 mintues. Remove from oven, crush corn flakes and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake another 5-10 mins uncovered. Makes 6 servings.
