Ina Garten's Outrageous Brownies

Makes 36 "big" brownies. Preheat 350*
In a double boiler, melt butter & 1# semisweet chocolate chips & all of unsweetened chocolate.
Once melted, set aside and let cool.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add sugar, whisk again (well.) Add vanilla.
Making sure that the chocolate has cooled, slowly poor chocolate into eggs/sugar, making sure to whisk constantly to avoid "scrambling" the eggs.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder & salt.
Add flour to chocolate and mix well.
Prep half sheet (butter/flour) and bake at 350* for 30 mins. Brownies must be cooled before cutting.
You must bake these in a "half sheet" 18x13
