Chicken and Veggie pasta in Garlic/Herb Sauce

1lb - Chicken Breast, no bone and no skin 2/3 cup - Frozen corn1 cup - Frozen broccoli1 cup - frozen carrot slices1 box Ronzini, Whole wheat Penne RigateSauce....1 pkg - Knorr Garlic & Herb sauce mix1.5 cup - Fat Free milk1 tbsp - Margerine
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Place oil in pan and cook until done. Set chicken aside in large bowl. Cook veggies until done and then add to the chicken. Cook pasta according to package. Add pasta to chicken and veggies.
Cook sauce according to package: Stir sauce mix and milk together. Add margerine. Bring to boil then let simmer for a few minutes, make sure to stir frequently. Add sauce to the chicken, veggies, and pasta and mix it all together.
Makes about 8-10 1-cup servings

I like this recipe because you can customize it however you want! The boyfriend and I are trying to eat healthier so I started to cook at home. He absolutely loves this. It's also super filling and you can just refrigerate the left overs or freeze them for later.
Have a bottle of white wine I'm hoping to use to make my own vinaigrette for this recipe so I don't have to use the sodium-filled sauce mix.
