Boneless Pork Chops w/ Vegetables

Ingredients
2 cups low fat cream of mushroom1/4 cup chicken broth1lb boneless pork chops1 (10 oz) package green beans, thawed and drained3 large potatoes, cut into chunks
Directions
1. Combine mushroom soup and chicken broth in bow and mix well; pour into slow cooker.
2. Place pork chops on top of soup. Add green beans and potatoes. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 hours on low.
