1 lb fresh Green Beans, trimmed1 Tbs extra virgin olive oilDash saltDash pepper2 Tbs toasted Sesame Seeds
Wash and trim ends of green beans. Toss with olive oil. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and place in a 450º oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Green Beans should be wrinkled and well cooked, the ends may be blackened a bit.
Toss with salt and pepper to taste, and 2 Tbs toasted Sesame seeds.
