Ingredients
Spaghetti Squash, 5-6 poundsCinnamon, ground, 4 tbsp Butter, salted, 3 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 2 tsp Garlic, 3 cloves mincedBrown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees

Cut the spaghetti squash into two halfs. **It's like cutting into a pumpkin, so be careful. Scoop out the seeds.

Place halves on a baking sheet with the cut side down. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour & 15 minutes.

Spaghetti squash should be tender and easily removed with a fork. If some parts seem tough, put back into oven.

Remove inside of squash with a fork. This should be easy. The inner's are like spaghetti and it will be easy to remove from skin.

Place in a pan or bowl. Add butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, minced garlic and brown sugar. Stir and enjoy!

You'll be surprised how much comes out of the squash. This is very tasty!

This was good, and easy to make, but I think the 4 tbsp of cinnamon must be a typo...that's way too much. I put in 2 tsp and that was plenty. - 7/4/16

First time trying spaghetti squash. While I wasn't too excited over this dish (too much cinnamon I think), my girls both ate it without complaining. It was definitely interesting. - 12/16/09
