Ingredients
*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup cookedHeinz - dark red kidney beans, 1 can (398ml)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Salsa, .75 cup casa mendosa tortillas- whole wheat, 10 serving Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (optional)
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat combine
cooked rice
kidney beans rinsed & drained
corn
salsa
cook over medium heat for 3-4 min until warmed through

spoon mixture onto tortillas
sprinkle with cheese
roll up tortillas
makes 10 burritos
you can add anything else that you like in burritos
this is a great way to get rid of leftover rice
