Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes (or equivalent)3 large carrots, chopped3 celery stalks, chopped1 medium onion, chopped4 chicken bouillon cubes4 cups water1/2 can evaporated milk, non-fat
Directions
Combine all ingredients except evaporated milk. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4 hours. Add evaporated milk, heat through.
