Baked Blueberry Pancake

Ingredients
2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix1 tbls canola oil1 1/2 cups fat-free milk1 egg1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup blueberries -- fresh or frozen
Directions
Combine ingredients. Pour into greased oven-proof frying pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes -- larger the pan the faster the time.

Serve with favorite pancake toppings.
