Chili, Ground Beef & Bean

Ingredients
2 tablespoons canola oil1 medium onion/chopped1 green pepper/chopped1 red pepper/chopped2 cloves garlic/minced1 pound lean ground beef3 tablespoons chili powder1 can tomato sauce1 can diced tomatoes2 cans red kidney beans
Directions
1. Saute the onion, peppers and garlic.
2. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
3. Stir in chili powder, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and beans.
4. Simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
