Baked Ziti

Ingredients
1 lb box ziti1 32 oz. jar meatless sauce16 oz. container ricotta (part skim)16 oz. shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheesesalt/ pepper to taste
Directions
cook pasta according to directions, being careful not to over-cook. Drain and put back in pan. add 3/4 jar of the sauce.

Mix ricotta with shredded cheese, salt, pepper.

Put ricotta mixture into pan with ziti and sauce. Fold in. Don't over mix.

Turn mixture into a lasagne pan or casserole dish that has been buttered or sprayed with non-stick spray.

Drizzle remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with parmesan if desired.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15--20 minutes
