2 cups whole wheat flour2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick baking mix1 cup water1 cup soy milk (optional - add extra cup of water if omitting)2 tbsp ground flaxseed2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Make dough by mixing the baking mix and water until it is soft. Now put it into the 12 lightly greased muffin cups. Press it with floured hands and bake them for 10-15 min or until they are golden brown and crispy.
