Beans white, 200gramOlive oil, 2 tbspTomato paste, 0.25 cupOnion, medium slicedCelery , 2 tbspCarrots, 2 medium chopped
Put the beans in water overnight. In the morning put the beans in a saucepan with water and bring to boil. Drain the water and add new water. Add all the ingredients and leave to boil for 1 hour. At the end add salt.
