Asparagus Quiche

Ingredients
2 Cups Egg Whites6 Eggs (Large)4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 lb Fresh Asparagus (Cut up into 1/2 inch or inch long pieces)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs and egg whites until frothy. Spray 2 pie dishes with Pam or other non-stick cooking spray. Split asparagus evenly and place in pie pans. Pour egg mixture over asparagus and sprinkle 2 oz of cheddar cheese on top of each...place in hot oven for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings (1/4 slice from each pan is one serving)
