Chips and Muck (Chili dip)

Ingredients
Whole grain rice mix - including black and wildLean ground beefLow fat refried beanscanned corncrushed tomatoesChili powderGarlic powderWorchestershire saucesalt Tobasco sauce - to tasteTortilla chips for scooping
Directions
Combine rice and recommended amount of water in a saucepan and boil for about 10 minutes until rice begins to soften up. Add ground beef and cook until no pink remains. Stir in refried beans,crushed tomatoes, corn and seasonings. Simmer until rice is cooked and flavors are combined, about 45 minutes. Serve warm with whole grain tortilla chips for scooping. ** is also very good when topped with a sprinkle of grated cheese or a dollop of sour cream. Makes about 15 snack sized servings.
