Chicken Thighs - Honey mustard encrusted - Gluten Free

Ingredients
12 oz.Boneless skinless chicken thighs 1 oz. Gluten Free Breadcrumbs6 Garlic Cloves, Minced2 Tablespoons of Fresh Rosemary1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper2 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Tablespoon Honey Mustard, (Annies Organic-Gluten Free)
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 400. Move shelf to center rack.

2) In a lg. bowl combine breadcumbs, garlic, rosemary, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Toss in 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil to moisten the mixture and set aside.

4) Brush Chicken with Mustard and roll in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly covered.

5) Arrange Chicken Thighs on a cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes.
