Mom's Southern Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
1 egg1 tsp cider vinegar1 dash salt1 dash pepper
Directions
Place egg in pan with enough water to cover. Allow to come to room temperature. Turn on high. When it begins to boil, cover it and turn off heat. Wait 10 minutes, then dump egg into cold water. Allow to cool a few minutes. Peel and slice egg in half. Mash the yolk with vinegar, salt and pepper. Place half this mixture into each egg white half. Enjoy!
