Low Fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour3/4 cup white sugar1 1/4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon2 egg whites1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ground cloves1 cup banana, mashed1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Gradually mix dry into wet, stirring only until combined. Do not overmix!
Put in 12-cup muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 12-20 minutes.
