1 lb. baby carrots (1 bag)2T Margarine.25c. Brown Sugar.75 oz Pecans, crumbled1.5T Cornstarch.25 c. water
Place carrots in a microwaveable dish. Top with margarine and sugar. Cook on High for 5 minutes, stir, and cook 5 more. Mix cornstarch and water, add to carrots. Cook for 4 more minutes or until carrots are tender. Top with pecans.
