Scrambled Eggs with Ham & Cheese

Ingredients
4 eggs1/2 cup Egg-beaters1/2 cup onion, diced1/2 cup red pepper, diced1 cup mushroom, diced1/2 cup ham, diced3 tsp Celeb Light Margarine1/4 cup 1% milk
Directions
Saute vegetables and ham in pan. Add eggs scrambled with milk and egg-beaters. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add egg mixture to vegetables and stir in pan. Cook until almost done. Break up cheese slices and spread over top of eggs. Cover and cook 1 minute more. Makes 4 servings.
