Chicken with Broccoli and Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp minced garlic4 ox chicken breast, cut into 1-inch piecespinch dried thymesalt & pepper1 cup frozen broccoli florets1/2 cup chicken broth1 cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; saute one minute. Season chicken with thyme, salt & pepper; add to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently until browned, about 3 minutes. Add broccoli; cook 1 minute. Add broth, cover and cook 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
